the car freaked out, lights,wipers,engine it all went nuts, now car wont start tail lights not working, signals not working

Did you check the battery condition and terminals for loose or contaminated contacts?

yes all good,im thinking the computer fried???

The turn signals and lights are not related to the computer. You have a power supply interruption. Check if battery voltage is available at ignition switch.
