On my civic I just purchased today, I have a miss on cylinder #2 I changed the plugges and this plug was gas fouled bad. I checked the spark and all is good there. I am thinking possible head but the other cylinders are firing good. So I am thinking maybe a injector Really I am lost I have never had nor worked on a honda. I am very handy with tools and have fair knowledge of mechanics. I can follow direction very well. So if you have any ideas please pass along I will try anything at this point.

A misfire in a specfic cylinder should lead you to check the sparkplug/compression/injector for that cyl.

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel
