where is the adjustment wheel on the 1991 honda civic? Is it easy to access?

The clutch cable adjustment is located at the front of the transmission. Here is a picture of the general located of it. Note that this is a 92+ civic engine and this is a hydraulic clutch system, so it will not look like this. This picture is just to give you the area of where your clutch adjuster wheel is located.
