98 Honda Accord ex sedan, 167,000, it hesitated when I started it yesterday morning but ran fine all day, however this morning it will not start. It cranks and cranks, everything fine, lights, radios, power windows and such. Is this a bad starter and where is the starter located?

If the engine is turning over the starter is doing its job the things you want to look for next is finding out if there is fuel and spark going to the cylinders. You might just try doing a basic tune up IE. Replace the spark plugs and make sure the wires are in good shape, change the oil and filters (oil, fuel, air) and see if that dosent help any. Lemme know good luck : )
