You don't need any speciality tools. The only tool I would recommend if you can't get the crank pulley off would be a honda crankshaft holder tool. Which locks the crankshaft pulley so you can remove the bolt with a breaker bar.
And the bolt is not a left handed thread, so it comes out just like every other bolt on the vehicle. It's just on REALLY tight.
