1998 Honda Accord

My transmission slips if I go slow but if I push it hard it go go and does slip one day on the highway I was driving and the trans down shifted too 2nd gear I was doing 60 and it was reving at 6000 rpms would not go out of 2nd gear so I hard to drive it home like that when I get home I didnt have reverse and nomatter what gear I put it in it would not go from 2nd so I shut the car off and the next down when I started it it when in to reverse and shifted from 2nd and shifted like it should and didnt slip at all the whole day it way fine better then ever now its been two days and its doing it again its it the trans or a wiring problem I had autozone run the codes and it said something like not the right amount of fluid or a sensor or the trans not complaying
