1993 Honda Accord SRS Light

Question? My Honda Accord has 160,000 miles on it and when the outdoor temp reaches about 78 degrees or above, my SRS light will come on. It does not go out till the out door temp cools. Also when I hit a bump in the road it sometimes goes out. Not all the time though. Any ideas? I have tried to disconnect the battery and drain all power for 5 mins. And it still comes back on! I took it to a dealer and they said I have to replace the wiring harness. Any Ideas?
