Computer problem
1992 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles

car will not start cold. Turns over fine. Fuel pump runs spark ok. I think the injectors are not firing properly. If I disconnect battery to reset computer. It starts right up. Any thoughts on wether a sensor or computer is going bad. It will run and restart fine until it gets cold.

Hi tzell,

Seems the ECM is failing.

Does the Check Engine Light goes off after 2 seconds or is it taking longer than that to go off?

Remove the ECM and check for oxidation due to leaks of capacitors on the circuit board.
