Engine Mechanical problem
1991 Honda Accord 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 146636 miles

I was driving in the back of a storage lot when I got curious about the feeling of my driving. I open my hood and look around and discover that one of the lines that came from my fuel injection (pgm-fi) is off. I don't know where its suppose to link up to. It is the number 8 cord. I've had probleems with my oil leaking. Could this cause my oil leak and where does it goes

No it's not causing an oil leak, this is most likely a vacuum line or breather hose of some sort.

On the top of your hood you should have a " vacuum routing" diagram". Try and use that diagram to help re-attach the hose.
