I have a 1990 Honda Accord, upon starting the car it idles at a high rpm, never really comes down. After I drive it a while it will sputter at arond 3000rpm, if I punch it it will stop momentarily, but then resume. If I let it sputter for a bit, the check engine light comes on and the sputtering stops completely and the car seems to run much better at all speeds. Could this be the Idle Air Control Valve?
have the same problem?
