My 2003 Yukon has squeaky brakes. I removed the front and rear wheel and looked at the brake pads. Both look almost as good as new! The rotors are smooth and no gouging. What's causing the squeaking? The auto repair store guy said it might be the rotors that are crystallized.
have the same problem?

Suggest pulling the brabe pads and putting anti-squel to the backs of them It is available at most parts houses, even in spray cans also try roughing the rotors up a little to break the glaze on them
