1997 GMC Suburban Hard starting

Engine Mechanical problem
1997 GMC Suburban V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 155000 miles

My 5.7 is hard to start, I have replaced both downstream o2 sensors based on codes about a month ago, complete tune up 2 months plugs wires rotor. It appears as though I am not getting fuel but pressure testing reads 58 to 60 with key on and stays steady while running. It turns over fine but takes at least 5 minutes of cranking to get it fired. My IAC valve makes funny clicking noises with key on, if I remove air intake hose and spray starting fluid in it fires right away like brand new, last week I got a P0420 code which tells me my cat might be bad, something is causing this and it appears that I am running lean trying to start.

Do you
have the same problem?
