1995 Safari van

I have a 95 safari I was driving and I heard a weird noise I stopped the van boggles when in idle or over 80 klm bogles = sounds like a motor mount is broken but its not.I changed the fuel filter about 6 mths ago and about 3 mths ago I changed the spark plugs wires and distrubutor cap been running fine since I heard many diff things that it could but its a 4.3 engine does anyone know or experience anything like this ty

Also changed the fuel pump 6 mths ago and the water pump about 3 mths ago van is a rear wheel drive and has 280000 klm on it
