Clunking noise when turning

I have been hearing a clunking noise when I turn a corner. It almost seems like something is shifting or slipping. I have been running the truck (93 s-10 blazer 4x4) for almost a year like that, and the noise was just restricted to a faster turn, but now, it seems to have anytime the body roll to a certain degree.

I have checked for any signs of where and I can't find any at all. I don't see anything when I am underneith. But, then again I don't know what I am really looking for. Do you?

It is a rather loud clunk/shift and it sort of frightens my passengers. Some laugh. Please, any ideas?
