Engine Performance problem

I ran over a rock with my Yukon Denali after we noticed that the transmission fluid housing was dented. We replaced that and did an oil change. We also noticed that the exhaust pipe from just past the manifold running across the bottom under the tranmission was dented. Now the oil pressure will start of at 275kpa at idle and once the engine had warmed it will drop at idle to about 150kpa. Also the rpm will fluctuate making it seem like the engine is losing poweer. I know that all of the fluid levels are ok, but would the bent exhaust cause any of the problems that I am having with the oil pressure or the rpm fluctuation?
