At idle a slight miss can be felt. RPM's must be above
2200 to start smoothly. The car bucks hard between
1300-2300 if I try to accelerate in any gear. Code test indicated missfiring on #2 plug. Inspected plugs & found what looked like arching on #2 plug, Changed all, reset Service Lite. Ran better for 2 days & triggered Service Lite. I suspect the #2 coil & boot
or farther up the ignition system. Advise me of any troubleshooting techniques or meter readings I can make to narrow my problem.

Misfire at cyl 2 should lead you to check the sparkplug, compression and injector on 2.

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
