I know the fuel sensor is in the front tank, but is it part of the low pressure fuel pump or is it separate?

Are you referring to the fuel level sensor? Meaning the sensor that tells the gauge how much fuel is in the tank? If so, yes, it is in the tank and part of the pump. It is actually the arm that is part of the pump. That arm has a float on it which is connected to a sensor that is based on resistance. I attached the info about this sensor. Let me know if you are talking about something different. Thanks
