Roy, can a crankshaft position sensor be bad and still getting spark? Now the fuel pressure is okay 37 psi but still getting a weak spark. Where do I go from here?

No, it cannot. If it is bad, it will not send a spark at all.

Thank you very much Mr. Roy. I nailed the culprit, ended up being the ignition wire all along coming on and off. I wired it straight to the battery and bang it came alive then rewired it. Man have been through changes doing this for months with your help and patience. I appreciate your utmost assistance Mr. Roy. Anyways I am the old rasmataz that use to be in here with you. What would cause if pressure regulator disconnected and the pressure does not increase? Could it be an injector leak or the check valve?

That would be the pressure regulator itself.

Thanks, I don't understand I have 3-pressure regulator and alternating it to catch the problem, but still no increase, in pressure when I disconnect the FPR it drops. Getting a nightmare again. Wish we can get this done once and for all. Thank you very much for your help Roy. What's next on the agenda, lol?

What brand regulator and make?

The one from rockauto, would it be the fuel pump again gonna take a chance again if need be to include injectors. What do you say? Sometimes though it takes time to start long cranking time makes me wonder about the fuel pump check valve.

Monitor the fuel pressure while cranking and see if it is staying at specs.
