1998 Ford Windstar door locks not opening

My door locks are not responding to the remote key unit or the manual buttons.

By manual buttons I'm guessing you mean the electric switches. Have you checked fuses, the one for your power door locks is #37, a 20 amp fuse. There is also a relay for your power locks in the same panel.
