So I decided to go ahead and replace the spark plugs, and distributor cap looked rough so that got replaced as well. Also got carb cleaner. So started up the car (again a rough start) and only ran while my buddy was spraying the carb cleaner and revving engine. As soon as he stopped spraying, car died. So, this led me to think fuel problem. Shut off car, switched to on position and heard fuel pump working. Also got fuel injector cleaner, ran that through (smoked like nuts, was funny.) But didn't do the trick. I'm not understanding why, if the fuel pump is working, I'm not getting any fuel. Advice? :( :
have the same problem?
