Engine Mechanical problem
2002 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Automatic 92000 miles

i changed the starter and I changed the ignition switch and it still just clicks what should I do next and how to jump the starter or what kinda wire can I use to jump the starter to make it start

To jump the starter use a jumper cable, connect the one wire from the relay to the other one that is the same size, about battery cable size.

Since its clicking I would check for a weakbattery or one that has corroded or loose connections.

If thats not it then I would be suspecting a bad starter relay/solenoid.

Last but not least would be a bad starter. Or in rare cases a frozen engine.
