2002 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles
Can't find a part in the Ford catalog. Rear suspension. Two stabilizing bars on the right, and two on the left. Connects at both ends with a bushing. One end conects to a center cross member(body). Other end connects at the strut location (spindle). All four bars were bent driving up a curb. Back wheel alignment is effected. May be a stabilizer bar (5A772) or control arm (5500). Each one is about 30" long, 1-1/2" thick and 3/4" wide. Please call out the officail part name and number. I can't order the part because I can't say what it is. One person called it a "Toe Bar" (not a Ford part), one said a cross member, still another said it is a Stabilizer.
