Heater problem
1999 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 83,000 miles

Hello. I was wondering if you might be able to tell me what my options are. I am not getting any heat in my car and I don't seem to know what the trouble is. All of the fluids are up to level and the thermostat seems to be o.K because it isn't over heating (temp guage is staying at a querter of the way.
it just isn't getting heat through the vents. What could the problem be? What options are there for tis type of problem? If it is a sensor could you tell me what it is called and where to find it under the hood? Your expertise would be deeply appeciated.

Replace the thermostat and if it continues check the heater control valve and also check the heater core if its clogged-up
