Accelleration problems?

I drive a manual 99 Ford Ranger with about 108,000 miles on it. I just got the oil and transmission fluid changed. The problem with my truck is that when I change gears (no matter what speed), the engine seems to choke or something and accelarate slowly. I don't know what it is! Help me please

Try changing your fuel filter first. Then answer back(NOS) 8)
