Hi, About 3 months ago I had a head gasket replaced by the Ford Dealership. About 2 months later I got a really bad miss, no power, engine stutter, check engine light came on. Dealership said I needed new sparkplugs. They didn't put new ones in when I had the head job done. Ran good for about a month. Then the same thing happened. Mechanic told me the coil checked out fine. Since the plugs were new it must be the wires. So they replaced them, new fuel filter, and cleaned the fuel injectors. Still had a miss, and rough idle. Checked the plugs and two of them were fouled out after only a month. Replaced only the two. Works better but still has a stutter, miss. When you accelerate seems to work fine. When you get to speed or idle it stutters and shakes. If you take your foot off the gas and step on it again it seems fine until you get to speed again. So I end up constantly stepping on and off the gas so it won't stutter so bad. Any ideas? Thanks for all your help.
