I just replaced the engine after I believed it had worn rings. Now after hooking everything up I have zero spark. The Dis checks out fine. The coils seem to check out fine. I have three fault codes which indicate bad Iat coolant temp and an open circuit to the fuel pump. The inertia switch is not tripped. The clutch switch seems to work because I can crank the engine over. I am suspect of the clutch triple function switch based on the wiring diagram both the iat and coolant temp sensor receive power from it and I read no power at either sensor. Could the lack of power from the clutch switch prevent the pcm from allowing the dis to create spark?
have the same problem?
