I recently changed the brake pads and had the rotors turned but the brakes are heating up and it doesnt let the truck roll. If the truck as been moving the brakes will stop the wheels even when the brake pedal is not pushed

they have gotten worse the brakes dont release at all they are shut tight agaisnt the rotor and wont spin at allthe brake pressure is good the brakes just wont release

Sounds like your calipers are not greased, grease all the required parts of the brakes so they slide if that doesnt work, try putting pressure then breaking open the bleader with someone putting pressure on the pedal then try to turn the wheel, if it turns freely you need a new brake hose, if not the caliper is probably no more good.

A cheap part to replace.
