1986 Ford Ranger 4WD front axle removal

I have a 1986 Ford Ranger 4WD with the 4 cylinder engine and 5-speed transmission. What is involved in taking the old drivers side front axle out so that I can install a new one? Does it have an internal clip or does it just pull out? (The yokes are shot!) Thanks!

After you get the spindle off should pull right out.
