Focus 2002, high RPM no shifting into overdrive on automatic

I have a problem where the engine RPMs would jump high and the car wouldn't accelerate. Looks like it's shifting fine first 3 gears, and won't go to 4th or overdrive. RPM goes very high, but the car won't shift the gear.

If I drive with overdrive off all shifting is fine, but I can't really go over 80km/h or so.

I have 145 000 km and not sure if it's a simple problem or something more complex.

One of the tech described problem as "shift solenoid A failure" please help.
