Hello, I have a 78 Ford 150, I just bought this truck and the previous owner has put a 302, I was told it is out of an Mustang, anyway I'm not sure the year of the motor or the milage.

My problem is this. I start the truck, my oil pressure is around 40 to 50 psi ( I already put a new oil pump on), after it warms up the oil pressure starts to drop. It eventually is down to around 10 psi at Idle and only goes to 15psi if I rev it up. Some one told me it may be cam bearings. Does this sound right? If so, how hard is it to change them. If not, suggestions in what to look at.

Thank you for your time
