I changed all four brake pads and rotors and now when I apply the brakes the pedal pulsates and the truck shakes really bad. What would cause this and what do I need to do?

One of the rotors is warped or not installed correctly, did you use resurfaced rotors or new ones?

Definitely suspect a warped rotor then. When you apply the brakes, the brake pad comes in against the rotor and as it rotates, it should stay flat against the rotor, yours must be warped and as the high and low spots rotate by the brake pads, this pulses the pedal which you feel also causing vibrations. You may want to take your rotors back for an exchange where you bought them.
