Engine Mechanical problem
1998 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 126600 miles
coming home from work truck sputtered then felt like it was going to stall and vibration. Check engine lite flashed couple times then stayed on. Took truck to mechanic. Mechanic ran diagnostic check. Said the #4 piston was not firing. Also had coolant leak onto #4 cylinder. Coil pack bad. He checked it out more. Checked drive shaft and wheels for vibration. Calipar bad on front tire. Replaced that and brakes also turned rear brake drum. Fixed coolant leak with hose clamp. Coil pack ok. He cleared codes, ran diagnostic again everything good. 2 days later check engine lite comes on again. It felt like this time no power. Took truck back to mechanic. This time says due to coolant leak onto #4 cylinder sparkplug wire arced need tuneup, replace sparkplugs and sparkplug wires. Did repairs cleared codes ran diagnostic no problems. Truck runs good. Go out same evening check engine lite comes on again. Got home let truck idle in driveway sounds like truck is idling good then like misses and continue idles good. Doesn't stall or anything. Kinda like if I was driving it and it was shifting gears. It doesn't sputter idling just like it's taking a short breath. Any help would be appreciated.
