Hi there,

check for any exhaust leak up stream of the O2 sensor, check for any vacuum leaks check the continuity of the o2 wiring from the sensor to the ECU, start here.

Bank 1 sensor 2 is the right rear o2 sensor behind the cat on passenger side. Without code, hard to diagnose, but either sensor is not outputting, wires are open, burned on exhaust, or cat has internal issue with it (usually bad o2s and internal issues lead to a p0420)
