1997 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 88,000 miles
When I start to drive, especially when the engine/transmission is cold, after moving about 10 to 15 feet the truck has a "thump" in the drive train. This continues to happen at stop lights until it is warm then it goes away. The transmission has been serviced by the dealer with a new screen and accumilator piston and flushed 6 months later by another shop and the problem is still there. I don't notice this "thump" in reverse and not at all once warmed up. What could it be?
have the same problem?
