Electrical problem
1990 Ford F150 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 200k+ miles

I inadvertantly installed my battery backwards and I have since replaced the battery again along with the cylinoid and the wires from the battery. When I try to start the vehicle, nothing happens! I've been told that it may be a fusable link issue. I don't know where the fusable link is located or what it is. I can't afford mechanic right now with 2 children in college and this is my only vehicle. Please help me get my get my truck started?
