Engine Performance problem
1988 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual 18000 miles

truck cranks good and idles well. And runs good for about halfmile. Then it acts like it is starfin for fuel and then go, s dead. I can let it sit for a few secounts adn crank it up and it will run again. I have changed the gas filter twice. The first time I changed it it was real dirty the secount time it was perty clean. I have duel tanks on this truck. If I turn on the key and mash the bleeder valve I have no presure or gas coming from it. But when I crank the truck I have pressure on the bleeding valve. This truck has set for 2 years and not driven much in that time. The first thing I did was to drain the fuel tanks and put fresh gas in them.I don't no if I have a fuel pump bad or witch on may be bad.

That seems more like the TFI ignition module. Test for spark when it wont start.
