Clicking sound on right side

I have a 2004 Explorer, auto, XLT, V6, 4X4 with 48000. I frequently get a clicking sound from the right side of the vehicle. It sounds somewhat like CV issues but it is not all the time. It has happened when going straight, turning and braking. Of course, it can be heard more frequently when driving in a secluded area, like a parking garage as an example. Besides the CV joints/boots, are there any other areas to look? The boots look fine. Thanks, in advance.

See if a brake pad has lost it's anti-rattle clip or spring.
Or the sway bar link is broken.
