99 Ford Explorer-windows wont roll down. Mach System displal

Help, my 1999 Ford Explorer( V6, 150k) windows wont roll down anymore. Everything else works fine, including the moon roof and power locks. Checked the fuses. Any other ideas? Also, the Mach CD system display panel has gone out, again! Had it fixed once. Still plays and works, but you can't see what radio station is tuned to etc. Is this a Ford defect issue?

First thing to check is all fuses and relays. There are some under the hood in the power distribution box. Look in your owners manual.
