See pics this may be an EGR problem so you will need a vacuum pump like a mity vac and a voltmeter to test. Also check for a vacuum leak.

Replace EGR position sensor
(Check for exhaust leak
check the DPFE lines
replace DPFE sensor )

I have a Ford Explorer 2002 and it looks that code P1401 needs to get fix, Is this an easy fix, and can I buy these parts at a part store or just the dealer?

Also it shows P0125 what's this means?

How can this 2 codes be fixed?

PO 1401 Passanger side downstream O2 sensor. It is a part that you can unblot and replace by rebolting the new one.

PO125
That indicates the coolant isn't reaching operating temperature. I would replace the thermostat. That is the most common cause for that code.
