I had the transmission fluid replaced every 30,000 miles on the above vehicle. The vehicle has 122,000
with the 5.0 engine. This is the first time I noticed when I take off it kinda slams in first gear and the rest of the gears is smooth. It is only when I come to a stop and then when ready to take off I can feel it. When the fluid is replaced it is sucked out as they call it TX it without dropping the pan. I have maintained this vehicle in top shape.

Could it be the filter clogged or more serious problem. There is no codes showing up and now he is doing the pressure test on it.

Am I looking at a serious problem?

Look into the drive line, u-joints, driveshaft support bearing or the rear differential
