1999 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 135000 miles
so after neglecting my explorer for a while I decide to start fixing her up. I bought a code reader with abs and it told me among other things that my rear abs sensor was bad. So I replaced it with little trouble. It did break off inside the hole it fits in but I managed to remove the plastic casing, then replaced with a new abs sensor. I turned the ignition to the on position and no abs light so I turned her on and still no abs light. When I started to drive her I noticed the speedometer wasn't moving until I hit about 20 mph then yet another abs light. Is this a faulty sensor or is it yet another problem. As far as I know my speedometer was working before.
have the same problem?
