I start my '92 Ford Explorer in the mornings around 7:15AM to leave for work around 7:30AM to give it time to heat up. When I get inside its stil cold. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes of driving before it even gets lukewarm. I only feel more heat when I am accelerating but when I come to a stop the air is cooler coming from the vents. What could be the problem?
