Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2005 Ford Expedition V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 110, 00 miles

I'm getting ready to do the front brakes and lower ball joints on my Expediition. I thought that this would be a good time to replace the drive axle seals that have been mildly leaking for a while. The brake down on some of the Ford part sites show the seal being in between an outer and inner bearing. Does this sound right and should the outer bearing be replaced at this time as well? Also are the axles held in the differential by any clips or do they just slide into position? One other thing, the rear differential calls for 75W-140 Gl-5 syn lube. Does anybody offer this with the friction modifier already added or do I need to get that directly from the dealership? Thanks.
