1998 Ford E-Series Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 127, 00 miles
Not sure what is wrong, in the winter My abs kick on at bad time
that is to say if I'm driving and hit the brakes some time the ABS kicks on and the van will not stop, If I let off and reapply they work normal some times, but mostly the abs kick back in and it will not stop, , this only happens in the snow, the work just fine in the rain. I could be going only 5mph and hit the brake pedal softly, full ABS and the van will go straight into the intersection, but if it hits a dry patch it stops right know. Does this sound like a bad sensor on the wheels or the ABs brain. OR could it be a sticking caliper.
have the same problem?
