Electrical problem
2000 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 100K+ miles

Hi, I'm a Chrysler Master Tech 25+yrs. I'm helping my neighbor with a no start, no injector pulse, no spark, no fuel pressure. And no power to coils. I energize fuel pump relay and get a good pressure. My question is- does ford use a ASD (automatic shut down) relay like Chrysler to control power to coils and injectors and does the crank sensor tell the ecm to turn it on. Can a crank sensor cause all of the problem like a Chrysler piece of junk. Any other suggestions on what to check? Thanks for any and all help, Sincerly Richard
