You can start by checking the fuses
You need a test light connected to a good ground
1st check all fuses
2nd if all ok remove the cover under the clove box and expose the blower motor and wiring
With the test light you should have power on one of the wire at all time if not the problem is between the fuses and the motor.
3rd if all ok tap the motor (with key on) see if you get any movment out of it
If you do replace the motor most likely filled with water
4th if its not
Pull the wire from the blower motor and use the test light to complete the circuit between the two end of the wire if it lights up you need a blower motor
