Electrical issue after a drained battery?

After a drained battery, the radio, heater, and Navigation systems will not come on. The rest of the dashboard lights up.

Start by checking this fuse under the passenger side of the dash. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens......................................................................................
