Electrical issue after installing speakers with amp and interior LED lights

Within the last week I have installed speakers with amp and interior LED lights. Last night the lights near my speedometer went out and this morning it would not crank. Nothing came in but the phone charger light. I do have a second battery in my trunk for all accessories. I also have a car alarm, push button start system and rear camera installed and all are on the same wiring
