When decelerating the rear brakes make a clicking sound

Rear brakes make clicking sound at slow down to complete stop. Also, parking brake loses tension and pedal goes out of adjustment.

Good morning.
It sounds like something may have come off inside the drum. I would have the rear wheels removed and inspected to be sure no parts are floating around in the drum.

Yes...Nothing has come loose, and nothing floating inside drums
