Hello, can you see if the A/C compressor is cycling off and on? The front of the compressor has a clutch that you should see moving then lock up and start moving again.

Let us know what you see.

Can you change settings from floor to dash for air flow? One of the doors may not be moving correctly. Do all other settings work?

Okay, so either the hot/cold mix door is stuck one way, there's a wiring problem, or the climate control module isn't working right. You would have to pull the climate module out and check that it's sending power on the right wire to the door motor. And another thing is this car has a body control module that's in play here too. But checking for power is where you would start with this.

Okay, I pulled a wiring diagram to help figure the connections on the back of the climate control module. This car does have a body control module, that's where the signal from the climate control module goes as you will see on the diagram, so testing for power is the first step. I can explain how to test this if you have a multi-meter and are familiar with it.

No, in climate module is just 3 knobs 1 for blowing speed, 1 for climate control and 1 for air position. All of them on top of the radio.

Okay, the radio will have to come out most likely to get to the back of the climate control module, can you take a quick picture of the controller for me? I have the wiring diagrams for both the automatic and manual systems.

Okay, so with the meter set to DC volts, on 20 volt setting. Set the negative lead to battery ground and the red lead is going to be for testing each wire. Make sure you have a good connection on the ground side, check it at the battery for a good reading. And you are going to back probe each of these wires with the connector still plugged in, its going to be tough because of its location, but here is a diagram of how to back probe a connector without damaging the wire insulation. And you are going to check the power wire first, just to make sure it's okay, it's going to be the red/white wire first, that should be battery voltage. Next go to the yellow/orange wire and as you're turning the hot/cold knob the voltage should should go from 12 to either 5 or 0 volts. Either way it should vary as you're turning the control knob, that's the important thing. This wires are the ones with the red arrow on the diagram I sent earlier. We'll start there for now, and depending on the voltage readings we'll decide which way to go next. Any questions, just ask, If voltage is present and it's working okay, we'll go after the climate control module a bit next.

Okay, I check for battery voltage and read about 13 V. I check the red/orange wire and turning the knob read 1.17 to 10.97 v.

Is it possible the wire colors are yellow/orange? I'm not seeing any red/orange wires on my diagrams here. Anyway if that's the correct wire and the body control module is receiving a signal from the head unit, we'll next have to check the body control module and see if it's sending a signal to which ever motor is controlling the hot/cold mix

Oh, I am sorry. The red/white wire is voltage from the battery an the yellow/orange is for cool and hot Knob and is receiving signal when I turn the knob.

Okay, I think you should start with checking the connections because of where the body control module is, it is attached to the fuse block to the left of the steering wheel. Its the silver looking box attached to the fuse panel. Hopefully this is the correct diagram. There are connections on the back of the fuse block that need to be checked visually as well. Make sure there is no corrosion on any of the connectors going into the back of the panel, and check the fuses while you're there. Let me know if this diagram is incorrect. There's a couple different designs. Going into the body control module, you should find that same yellow/orange wire coming from the hot/cold controls and be able to move the controls and watch the voltage change just like you did at the back of controller head (hot/cold button). Back probe the BCM while it's plugged in and the key is on.
